Sunhearrt Group and Ajanta Oreva group have formed a JV for India’s Biggest Vitrified plant producing 51000 square meters of vitrified tiles per day.

These plant will be the first largest Vitrified tiles plant in the Indian ceramic industry covering a land of 99 acres. There will be three production lines fitted in this plant.
The first operation line will start in 6 months. This huge tile factory will be built on 99 acres of land at samakhiali in Gujarat with an investment of Rs 270 Crore.
Samakhiali is a town situated in the Kutch District of Gujarat, India. The distance between Samakhiali and Morbi is around 71 kilometres.

- This will be India’s Biggest Tiles Factory Producing 51,000 Square meters per day
- The total plant will be covered at around 99 acres.
- There will be 3 Tiles production lines.

- It will provide direct employment to more than 750 people. 546 workers, 100 semi-educated employed, 50 educated employees, and 24 office staff

Sunshine Vitreous Tiles Pvt Ltd
A new separate company will be formed and the factory name will be Sunshine Vitreous Tiles Pvt Ltd. It will be the largest Vitrified Tiles plant producing 51,000 Square meters per day.
It will market tiles in the sunhearrt brand. It will have the latest technology, advanced machinery, and top-class products.
It will be generating an expected annual revenue of Rs 399 crore. The Estimated annual GST will be around Rs 72 Crore of the plant.

Assuming 600×1200 mm, 600×600 mm tiles per day – 51000 SQ M = 35400 boxes per day. It will be around 10 lakhs boxes per month.
Assuming 800×1600 mm tiles per day – 51000 SQM = 20000 boxes of 800×1600 mm per day.
